          View Active Contacts in Pipeline Inspection

          See how many contacts are actively engaged on each opportunity to identify stakeholder gaps and focus on deals that need more attention. Use this information to ensure you are connected with the right people to move your deals forward.

          Monitoring active contacts helps you spot risks, such as deals with low engagement or missing key stakeholders.

          The contact count in your list and the details in the side panel may sometimes differ. The Contacts column shows data for 25 opportunities at once and is limited to contacts from the last 30 days or the first 20,000 activities. If a deal has a very high volume of activity, some contacts might not be included in the list's total count. For a complete view without these limits, open the side panel, which retrieves data for a single opportunity at a time and shows all relevant contacts. The side panel remains available even if you haven't added the Contacts column to your display.

          1. On the Opportunities tab, click Pipeline Inspection.
          2. To see how many people have been active on a deal, find the Contacts column in the opportunity list.

            The count includes contacts who were involved in an activity, such as an email or meeting, within the last 30 days.

            If you don't see the Contacts column, click the gear icon, select Select Fields to Display and add Contacts.

          3. To see who those contacts are without leaving your list, hover over the number in the Contacts column.

            The hover shows up to three of the most recently active contacts, their titles, and their roles in the deal.

          4. To take action or see the engagement history in the last 30 days, click the number in the Contacts column to open the side panel.
          5. To see all contacts active in the last 30 days and their last activity details, click the Contacts tab.
          6. To view the full record of a contact, click the contact's name.
          7. To send them a message directly from the panel, click the email icon.
