Explore and Export Statement Payout Rule Details More Easily
Dig into the important details of a pay statement with fewer waits, timeouts, or other frustrations. When you expand a payout rule in a Salesforce Spiff statement to review details about how pay was calculated, Spiff now loads records faster and provides enhanced performance when browsing all data rows. Export all the details more easily so you can browse the statement’s full data set with other tools.
Why: Previously, Spiff didn’t enforce a limit on the number of records that the statement could show. Large data sets could cause performance issues when loading and scrolling records.
Also, the only option to export the full data set for a statement was to scroll to the top of the statement page and click the Export Statement button.
How: Now, Spiff statements still load the first 8 records that contribute to a payout rule but show only up to 250 records. This added limitation helps make sure that the available record details load more quickly.
If a payout rule has more than 250 records, the statement footer now includes an additional Export statement option. This enhancement saves a few scrolls and helps you stay focused in your flow of work.
