Batch Test Legacy Lead Nurturing Actions and Email with Testing Center

Agents created before October 27, 2025 used an older configuration process in Setup. These agents show only three subagents in Agent Builder. Use these testing steps if your agent shows three subagents in Agent Builder. Test intro emails, nudges, and replies against multiple records at once by using a comma-separated values (CSV) spreadsheet file designed for batch testing. Each CSV file can test a single scenario across multiple leads, contacts, or person accounts.
