Batch Test Modular Lead Nurturing Actions and Email with Testing Center

Agents created after October 27, 2025 by using the guided configuration process in Setup use six modular subagents. Use these batch testing steps if your agent shows six modular sub agents in Agent Builder. Test intro emails, nudges, and replies against multiple records at once with a comma-separated values (CSV) spreadsheet file designed for batch testing. Each CSV file can test a single scenario across multiple leads, contacts, or person accounts.
