Billing Considerations for AI Sales Agents

Sales Cloud AI capabilities such as Agentforce Prospecting, Engagement, Sales Management, and Sales Coach consume usage credits depending on how your organization interacts with these features. Credit consumption is calculated by multiplying the number of units used by the multiplier for the corresponding usage type on the Agentforce rate card. Before deploying these features, work with your Salesforce account team to confirm license availability and estimate credit usage.

Available in: Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited Editions.

Depending on the feature, user permissions, and usage context, usage can be metered or unmetered. For details about what usage is measured and how credits are calculated, see Metering Agentforce and Generative AI Usage.

  • Agentforce Prospecting Billing and Usage
    Agentforce Prospecting uses generative AI to ingest, store, and process data. You’re billed in these categories for metered usage when you use Agentforce Prospecting.
  • Agentforce Engagement Billing and Usage
    Agentforce Engagement use generative AI and Data Cloud to ingest, store, and process data. You’re billed in these categories for metered usage when you use Agentforce Engagement.
  • Agentforce Sales Management Billing and Usage
    Agentforce Sales Management uses generative AI and Data 360 to ingest, store, and process data. Agentforce Sales Management includes multiple features and consumption billing can vary by feature.
  • Agentforce Sales Coach Billing and Usage
    Agentforce Sales Coach uses generative AI and Data 360 to ingest, store, and process data. You’re billed in these categories for metered usage when you use Agentforce Sales Coach.
