Considerations for Setting up Sales Insights
When you set up Sales Insights, you must have certain settings configured in your org, and you must have certain objects to populate the dashboards correctly.
Forecast and Quota Data Considerations
The current version of Sales Insights does not support Salesforce Pipeline Forecasting and Quota data objects.
Requirements to Use a Standard Fiscal Year
If you use a standard fiscal year, you must enable the fiscal year configuration for Data 360.
Considerations for Including Non-Default Dataspaces and Personal Orgs
Non-default dataspaces are supported. Personal orgs are not currently supported.
Considerations for Embedded Dashboards
When you create the app, dashboards are generated, but you will need to manually embed the dashboard.
Considerations for Multicurrency
Multicurrency is not currently supported.
Considerations for Mobile
Metrics are supported in Mobile environments; however, dashboards are not yet supported on mobile.
Requirements to Include Role Hierarchy and Row Level Security (RLS)
Role hierarchy and Row level security are supported in Data 360 and Tableau Next Data policies need to be set up on the data model objects (dmo) in Data Governance in Data 360. These policies are a prerequisite to app setup.
