Stap 3 voor het instellen van Sales Insights is controleren of het C360 Semantic Model is geïnstalleerd. Het C360 Semantic Model is een gecombineerd semantisch model dat dient als een centrale basis voor het definiëren en beheren van meetgegevens die zijn afgeleid van standaard Salesforce-objecten. Het definieert de relaties tussen Sales Insights-objecten.

Beschikbaar met Sales met de licentie Agentforce voor Sales Add-On in: Enterprise, Performance en Unlimited Edition en Agentforce 1 Edition in: Performance en Unlimited Edition.

Klik op de set-uppagina van Sales Insights bij stap 3 op Ga naar Set-up.
Open op de pagina Set-up van C360 Semantic Model het vervolgkeuzemenu voor de gegevensruimte waarin u Sales Insights wilt maken en klik op Installeren.
Laat de componenten even installeren. U kunt de voortgang bekijken onder het tabblad voor de gegevensruimte. De Set-uppagina voegt een tabblad toe voor elk geïnstalleerd C360-semantisch model, waarop u informatie over bewaking en resources kunt weergeven.
Ga terug naar de set-uppagina van Sales Insights om door te gaan met het instellen van Sales Insights.
