Seller-Focused Sales Mobile Experience Limitations
Keep these limitations in mind when using this feature.
- This experience lets you view accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, events, and tasks. Custom objects and other standard objects aren’t supported natively, but can be added to the app and accessed from the Menu.
- You can’t customize the home page or record pages.
- Listviews are supported only on contacts, and aren’t editable on mobile.
- Record view shows the 10 fields available in compact view. To see all fields on a record, tap View Full Record, which brings you to the standard Lightning Experience record view.
- The Path component is view-only on the Seller-Focused Mobile Experience's record home. To change the stage using standard Lightning Experience, tap View Details.
- If using the Mobile Builder for Seller-Focused Experience to customize your app, configuration app names must be unique to all builders. You can't reuse app names that are used in Field Service Mobile Builder or the Mobile Builder for Salesforce App.
- Agentforce is available only if your org has licenses for it.
