Add a Component to a Record Home Page

Add an activity timeline, path, or related list. Each component can be added only once.

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience
Seller-Focused Mobile Experience is available in: Salesforce Mobile App for Android and iOS on phones and tablets in all editions, except Database.com.
The mobile builder for seller-focused experience with an example configuration.

Add an Activity Timeline

Drag the activity timeline component to the canvas.
The component is now available to reorder or delete.

Add a Path

Note
Note You can currently use paths with the Lead and Opportunity objects.
  1. Drag the Path component to the canvas.
    The component is now available to reorder or delete.
  2. Click Setup Path in the Properties Pane.
    The Path Settings page in Setup opens.
  3. Select or create a new path.

Add a Related List

  1. Drag the Related List component to the canvas
    The component is now available to reorder or delete.
  2. In the Properties Pane, search and select a related object.
  3. Select the number of records to display (up to 5).
