Set Up Calendar Sync for Salesforce Maps Schedule

Integrate Maps Schedule with Outlook or Google Calendar to maintain consistent event data across platforms.

User Permissions Needed
To configure calendar sync:	Customize Application

From Setup, configure calendar sync at the Salesforce platform level by using Einstein Activity Capture (for Outlook) or the Google Workspace integration. For setup details, see the Einstein Activity Capture or Google Workspace integration documentation.
Verify that calendar events sync correctly to the Salesforce Calendar.
In Maps, open the Schedule tab and confirm that the events you synced now also appear in Maps Schedule.
