Ange de standardtyper av Salesforce-händelser som du vill tilldela från de möten som dina representanter schemalägger i Salesforce Maps. Genom att tilldela händelsetyper får till exempel chefer insyn i vilka typer av händelser som deras representanter schemalägger, till exempel möten, samtal och e-postmeddelanden.
I Inställningar skriver du in Installerade paket i snabbsökningsrutan och väljer sedan Installerade paket.
Klicka på Konfigurera bredvid Salesforce Maps-paketet.
Välj Rutter och schema och klicka sedan på Händelse.
Välj en typ av standardhändelse för alla relaterade objektkonfigurationer. Om du till exempel vill ange Möte som händelsetyp vid schemaläggning av besök på konton väljer du Möte för Konto (Fakturering).
Spara dina ändringar.
