To delete a System Activity Log export: System Activity Log: View

Deleting an export removes the ZIP file permanently. The deletion is irreversible, but the underlying System Activity Log data is retained. You can create a new export at any time to retrieve the same data again. Spiff records each deletion as an Export Deleted event in the System Activity Log, so there is a full audit trail of export management actions.

          1. From the Admin menu, select System Activity Log, then select the Exports tab.
          2. Find the export you want to remove.
          3. Hover over the export row, then click the Delete Export icon.
          4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.
The export is immediately and permanently removed from the Exports tab. Spiff generates an Export Deleted event in the System Activity Log that records the export ID.
