Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions
Available for an additional cost in: Professional Edition with Web Services API Enabled
          User Permissions Needed
To export System Activity Log data: System Activity Log: View
          1. From the Admin menu, select System Activity Log.
          2. On the Activity Log tab, set the Start Date and End Date filters to define the date range you want to export.
The date range can't exceed 93 days. If you need data from a longer period, create multiple exports with overlapping or adjacent date ranges.
          3. Optionally, filter by one or more users to limit the export to events those users performed.
          4. Click Export.
Spiff confirms that the export has started and processes the export in the background.
          5. To check the status of the export, select the Exports tab.
The export shows a status of In Progress while it's processing and Complete when it's ready to download. If the export doesn't complete within 2 hours, the status changes to Failed.

When the export completes, Spiff sends an email notification to your account and the export appears in the Exports tab with a status of Complete. The export is available to download for one year.

To download the completed export and verify its integrity, see Download and Verify a System Activity Log Export.
