Keep the Plans page and Designer up to date and clutter-free when you archive past plans. Commission plans are often rebuilt at least one time a year, causing old versions of plans to pile up. Archiving plans hides them from view, but they’re still easily accessible.

If reps are still assigned to an archived plan, the plan and rules appear on their statement every period. To change effective dates on an archived plan, unarchive it.
