Freeze and Resize Columns on Payout Rule Tables

Freeze and Resize Columns on Payout Rule Tables

Set the default column layout for payout rule tables on statements. Freeze columns to keep them visible while reps scroll, and set column widths to match the data in each column. Layout changes apply to all reps on the same plan.

          Required Editions

Available in: both Salesforce Classic (not available in all orgs) and Lightning Experience
Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions
Available for an additional cost in: Professional Edition with Web Services API Enabled
          User Permissions Needed
To set the default column layout for a payout rule table:

A Spiff user role with this permission turned on.

          Statements: Edit

Reps can also adjust column widths and freezing during their own session, but their changes aren't saved. When reps return to the statement, the layout reverts to the admin-configured default.

          1. From a rep's statement, click Edit.
          2. Expand a payout rule.
          3. To freeze a column, click the three dots in the column header and select Freeze up to this column.
To unfreeze columns, click the three dots in the column header and select Unfreeze column.
          4. To resize a column, drag the right edge of the column header to the width you want.
          5. Click Done Editing.
Your column layout changes are saved as the default for all reps on the plan.
