What Is Salesforce in Claude (Beta)

Salesforce in Claude is the Salesforce product line for sellers and revenue teams, built on Salesforce Platform and delivered through the Sales Cloud in Claude plugin. It connects Claude to your Salesforce org through a secure Salesforce MCP connection. Once connected, sellers and revenue teams can ask Claude questions about their accounts, deals, and pipeline. Sellers can also use pre-built skills to research prospects, prep for calls, build account plans, and more, all without leaving Claude.

Available in: Group, Essentials, Starter Suite, Pro Suite, Professional, Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions
