          Delete a Custom Media Label

          You can delete a custom media label only if it isn't referenced in any active IVR flow.

          Required Editions

          This article applies to:

          Salesforce Voice (Native Telephony)

          Available in: Agentforce Contact Center with Salesforce Voice
          Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions
          User Permissions Needed
          To manage media: Agentforce Contact Center Admin (Salesforce Voice) Permission Set
          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Voice, and then select Media Management.
          2. Click the Media Labels tab.
          3. In the Custom Media Labels section, find the label and click Delete.
          4. If the label is referenced in flows, deletion is blocked and a summary of the references is shown. Remove the label from those flows first, then return to delete it.
          5. Confirm the deletion.
