          Update the audio file associated with a default media label in your voice service settings.

          Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions
          User Permissions Needed
          To manage media files: Agentforce Contact Center Admin (Salesforce Voice) Permission Set
          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Voice, and then select Media Management.
          2. In the Default Media Labels section, find the label and click Edit.
          3. Select a different media file from the dropdown.
          4. Click Save.
