Search and Filter Media Files

Search and filter media files in the Media Management library to locate specific audio files or custom media labels.

Required Editions

View supported editions.
User Permissions Needed
To search and filter media files: Agentforce Contact Center Admin (Salesforce Voice) Permission Set
  1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Voice and then select Media Management.
  2. To search, use the global search box at the top of either the Media Labels or Media Library tab to filter items by name.
  3. To filter, on the Media Library tab, click the Filter <icon> to refine results by Media File, Size, Language, Modified By, or Modified On.
