Utvid en robots funksjonalitet med en tilpasset Chatbot-bruker. Hver robot tildeles som standard til den grunnleggende Chatbot-brukeren. Hvis du vil at en robot skal kunne bruke funksjoner eller objekter som krever flere tillatelser, tildeler du den til en tilpasset bruker.
Roboten utfører handlinger, som å få tilgang til postinformasjon, basert på brukeren den er tildelt. Før du tildeler en tilpasset bruker til roboten, må du forsikre deg om at brukeren har tilgang til funksjoner som du vil at roboten skal bruke, inkludert objekter, Visualforce, Lightning og Apex. Du kan bruke en eksisterende bruker eller opprette en bruker spesielt for roboten.
