            Schedule the batch data transforms at the required frequency to ensure the dashboards display the latest information for Contact Reasons, Key phrases, Product, and Entities.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available for an additional cost in: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions where Customer Signals Intelligence is enabled

            To ensure accurate data processing, these Batch Data Transforms (BDTs) are installed as part of the CSI app installation:

            • CSI_Explode_BDT
            • CSI Product Explode BDT

            To ensure that the most up-to-date data is available by a particular time or to run a job during non-business hours, schedule a batch data transform.
