Billing Considerations for Customer Signals Intelligence

Customer Signals Intelligence collects and analyzes customer data from various channels to provide actionable insights that improve the overall customer experience. It's a consumption-based product that uses Data Cloud credits, Experience Signals credits, and Flex credits. Customer Signals Intelligence consumes credits used for billing based on your usage of the feature.

Customer Signals Intelligence Signal Customer Signals Intelligence Signal Usage is calculated based on Experience Signals. See Flex Credits Billable Usage Types
Flex Credits Flex Credits Usage is calculated based on API calls to the LLM gateway. See Einstein Usage
Data Services Batch Data Pipeline Usage is calculated based on the amount of batch data processed by Data 360 data streams across all connectors. Batch data pipeline is used to ingest data into Data 360 if you select the CRM Connector during feature setup. This includes historic data ingested when you enable channels during activation.
Data Services Data Queries

Usage is calculated based on the number of records processed.

The count of records processed depends on the structure of a query as well as other related factors such as the total number of records in the objects being queried.

Data Services Batch Data Transforms

Usage is calculated based on the higher of the number of rows read or number of rows written.

For incremental batch data transforms, after the first time a transform runs, usage is based on the number of rows that have changed since the previous run.

Data Services Streaming Data Pipeline Usage is calculated based on the number of records ingested by data streams with stream processing. Data streams with stream processing include web, mobile, and streaming ingestion API. Streaming data pipeline is used to ingest data into Data 360 if you select the Custom Connector during feature setup.
Data Services Streaming Actions (including lookups) Usage is calculated based on the number of records processed. A lookup is an enrichment from a related object. See Data 360 Billable Usage Types
