To turn on clustering, you must generate insights for Contact Reasons.

          1. From Setup, use Quick Find to go to Customer Signals Intelligence.
          2. From Manage Insights, click Set Up.
          3. Agree to the terms of use.
          4. Select the AI provider that you want to use.
          5. For actionable insights from granular contact reason data, turn on Clustering Analysis. The Clustering Transform groups contact reasons into clusters that are visually represented on the CSI dashboard in a widget. Every time it runs, the transform generates a new set of clusters. Configuring clustering consumes Data Cloud and Flex credits.
If you choose not to turn on Clustering Analysis, go to step 9.
          6. To configure clustering, enter a minimum cluster size. For more focused insights, enter a smaller number to create more clusters by grouping fewer contact reasons. For broader insights, enter a larger number to create fewer clusters by grouping more contact reasons.
          7. Select a time period for which you want to process data into clusters. Interactions from the data set within this time period are used to create clusters.
          8. You can run the Clustering Transform manually or schedule it. Running the clustering transform consumes Data Cloud and Flex credits.
          9. Save your changes.
          • Schedule Clustering
To ensure that the most up-to-date data is available by a particular time or to run a job during non-business hours, schedule the clustering transform.
