          Manage Real-Time Insights

          Adjust how often real-time sentiment insights are generated for your cases or turn them off completely.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience
          Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with the Customer Experience Intelligence add-on
          1. From Setup, use Quick Find to go to Real-Time Insights.
          2. For Case, click the down arrow and select Edit Insights Settings.
            Edit the insights for cases.
          3. Modify the time or message count details.
          4. Save your changes.
          5. To disable real-time insights, turn off insights for Case.
            Disable real-time insights for cases.
