          Add Widget to See Real-Time Insights

          Configure your org so the Service Assistant widget is available for Cases.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience
          Available in: Enterprise Edition with Data 360 enabled, and the Customer Experience Intelligence and Einstein GPT Copilot, Service Planner add-ons
          User Permissions Needed
          To configure real-time insights:

          Agentforce Default Admin

          AND

          Data Cloud Admin

          AND

          Service Planner Builder

          AND

          Scoring Framework Admin

          1. From Setup, use Quick Find to go to Service Assistant.
          2. Turn on Service Assistant for Cases.
          3. To see the Service Assistant widget for Cases, from Setup, click Edit Page.
            Select Edit Page.
          4. Under Components, search for Service Assistant.
            Select the Service Assistant component.
          5. Drag the Service Assistant component to the page and save your changes.
            Drag the widget to your page.
          6. Click Activate.
          7. Click Assign as Org Default.
          8. Select form factors and click Next.
          9. Save your work.
