Set up Tableau Next Analytics Dashboards

Install Tableau Next analytics dashboards to look at how customers interact with your company across different ways.

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited Editions with the TableauEinsteinPlatform license with TableauEinsteinAddOn along with Data 360 enabled and the Customer Exprc Intel add-on.
User Permissions Needed
To install the Customer Experience Intelligence Analytics app:

Customer Experience Intelligence Admin

Tableau Next Admin

Make sure that Customer Signals Intelligence is successfully activated in your org.

  1. From Setup, go to Permission Sets and click Customer Experience Analytics Admin.
  2. In the Apps section, click Data Cloud Data Space Management.
  3. In Data Spaces, click Edit and enable the data space where CSI is installed.
  4. Save your changes.
  5. From Setup, enable Tableau Next.
  6. From Quick Find, go to Customer Experience Intelligence.
  7. In Set Up Tableau Analytics, click Install. If the install option isn't enabled, check if Customer Experience Intelligence is successfully activated in your org.
    Note
    Note To access the latest features and enhancements, we recommend that you migrate from CRM analytics to Tableau Next analytics. Once you install Tableau Next analytics, you can’t go back to using CRM analytics.
