Update the Data Cloud Connector Permissions in Customer Signals Intelligence

To ingest objects and fields into Data 360, update the Data Cloud Connector permission set in your org .

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited Editions with Data 360, and the Customer Signals Intelligence add-on
User Permissions Needed
To update permissions: Scoring Framework permission set
To enable Customer Signals Intelligence:

Data Cloud Admin permission set
  1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter users, and then select Permission Sets.
  2. Click Data Cloud Salesforce Connector.
  3. Select System Permissions.
  4. Click Edit.
  5. Search for Enable Chatter and enable it.
  6. Open Object Settings.
    Open object settings.
  7. Select the object that you want to ingest into Data 360.
  8. To change the object permissions, click Edit.
  9. Click Edit.
  10. Enable View All Records permissions for these objects ensuring Read Access for each field:
    • Account
    • Contact
    • Lead
    • User
    • Case
    • Surveys
    • Surveys Response
    • Messaging Sessions
    • Messaging Users
    • Product2
    • Customer Experience Intelligence Transformer Setups
    • CustIntelligenceJourneyStg
