            Add the Quick Action to a Page Layout

            Add the quick action to the object's page layout so users can launch the customized scheduling flow from the record page.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions
            User Permissions Needed
            To add a quick action to a page layout: Workforce Scheduling Manager
            1. In Object Manager, select the object, and then select Page Layouts.
            2. Open the page layout you want to update.
            3. Drag the quick action into the Salesforce Mobile and Lightning Experience Actions section.
            4. Click Save.

            Navigate to a record of that object to verify that the new quick action appears and launches the customized scheduling flow.
