            Create the Field Service Scheduling Agent for Customer-Initiated Scheduling in the New Agentforce Builder

            Create the Field Service Scheduling agent from the template in Agentforce Studio.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with Field Service and Foundations, or Einstein 1 Field Service Edition or Agentforce 1 Field Service Edition.
            User Permissions Needed
            To build and manage Service Agents:

            Manage Agentforce Service Agents AND Manage AI Agents

            OR

            Customize Application
            1. From the App Launcher, find and select Agentforce Studio, and then click Agents.
              Note
              Note For more information about Agentforce Studio, see Access Agentforce Studio and the New Agentforce Builder.
            2. Click New Agent.
            3. Select the Field Service Scheduling template.
            4. Review your agent in Agentforce Builder.
            5. When you're ready, Activate your Customer-Initiated Scheduling agent.
