            Ethical Instructions for Autonomous Scheduling in the New Agentforce Builder

            Agentforce agents are built to handle scheduling tasks with integrity, by incorporating transparency and ethical use throughout. We’ve built guardrails into Autonomous Scheduling to be consistent with these principles.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with Field Service and Foundations, or Einstein 1 Field Service Edition or Agentforce 1 Field Service Edition.
            Important
            Important Changing the guardrails in the subagent’s instructions isn’t recommended. However, if you choose to change the instructions, we advise you to thoroughly test your subagent to ensure that it meets your requirements.
            Minor safety
            Conversations that include any mention of minors are escalated to a representative.
            Protected attributes, including race, age, and gender
            Conversations that include any mention of preferences for a specific race, gender, age, or any other discriminating characteristics, are escalated to a representative.
