To properly configure Asset Service Prediction, ensure that the Data Cloud Salesforce Connector permission set has the necessary access to specific fields across several key objects.

Grant field-level permissions on the following core objects:

• Asset: This object holds critical information about the assets themselves, including their history, specifications, and current status.
• Product: Details about the products associated with the assets are essential for understanding their design and common failure points.
• Work Order: This object provides insights into past service events, including the nature of the work performed, resolutions, and any recurring issues.
• Work Type: Understanding different categories of work helps in classifying service needs and predicting future service requirements.

Enable Read access for all related objects containing supplementary information for service prediction to ensure the Asset Service Prediction engine can access all relevant data.
