            Clone and Customize the Flow

            Clone the standard scheduling flow and customize it with the variables, fields, and screen elements your organization needs.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions
            User Permissions Needed
            To clone and customize a flow: Workforce Scheduling Manager
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Flows, and then select Flows.
            2. Open the scheduling flow you want to customize (for example, Schedule Appointment).
            3. Click Save As New Flow to create an editable copy.
            4. Enter a label and description for the cloned flow, and then click Save.
            5. Customize the flow with additional variables, fields, and screen elements as needed.
            6. Click Save, and then click Activate.
