            Clone the Scheduling Flow

            Standard Workforce Scheduling flows are managed and can't be edited directly. Clone the flow to create an editable version.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions
            User Permissions Needed
            To clone the scheduling flow: Workforce Scheduling Manager
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Flows, and then select Flows.
            2. Open the scheduling flow you want to customize (for example, Schedule Appointment).
            3. Click Save As New Flow.
            4. Enter a label and description for the cloned flow, and then click Save.

            Clone a flow before making changes to ensure you don't make unintended modifications to an already functional flow.
