            Customize Confirmation Email Templates

            Workforce Scheduling sends confirmation emails when appointments are scheduled, rescheduled, or canceled. These emails use classic email templates that you can customize to match your organization's branding and messaging.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions
            • Standard Email Templates
              Workforce Scheduling includes these classic email templates. To view or edit them, from Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Classic Email Templates, and then select Classic Email Templates.
            • Customize an Email Template
              Edit a standard email template to update the subject line, body text, merge fields, or formatting.
            • Update the Email Template Flow Variable
              To send a different template, update a variable in the flow to the unique name of your custom classic email template.
