          Customize an Email Template

          Edit a standard email template to update the subject line, body text, merge fields, or formatting.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience
          Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions
          User Permissions Needed
          To customize an email template: Workforce Scheduling Manager
          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Classic Email Templates, and then select Classic Email Templates.
          2. Find the template you want to customize (for example, Scheduled Service Appointment Confirmation Email).
          3. Click Edit next to the template.
          4. Update the template content.
            1. Email Subject: The subject line of the confirmation email.
            2. Email Body: The body text, including merge fields that pull data from the Service Appointment record.
          5. Click Save.

          To use a custom template instead of a standard one, update the flow variable that references the email template in the scheduling flow.
