          Manage Appointments with the Scheduling Console

          Monitor resource schedules and manage appointments across service territories from a centralized timeline view.

          Required Editions

          To use the Scheduling Console: Workforce Scheduling Manager
          1. Click App Launcher, and then search for and select Manager Console.

            The Scheduling Console displays service territories on the left and hourly time slots across the top. Service appointments appear as blocks on each resource's timeline row.

          2. Perform any of these tasks in the Scheduling Console.
            • To expand or collapse a territory, click the territory name.
            • To navigate to a different date, click Today, Next Day, or Previous Day, or select a date from the date picker.
            • To search for a resource, enter a name in the search. To clear the results, click Clear.
            • To view appointment details, click an appointment block on the timeline.
            • To reschedule or cancel an appointment, click the appointment block, and then click Reschedule or Cancel. See Reschedule or Reassign a Service Appointment or Cancel a Service Appointment.
            • To refresh the schedule data, click Refresh.
