Assign permission sets to users so they can use Workforce Scheduling as a manager or
service resource. Use the Manage User Access dialog in Salesforce Go to assign the Workforce
Scheduling Manager or Workforce Scheduling Service Resource permission set.

Role
Description
Workforce Scheduling Manager
Access and manage service resource schedules from the manager UI, and run
optimization and scheduling actions.
Workforce Scheduling Service Resource
Schedule, reschedule, and cancel service appointments with Workforce
Scheduling.
From Setup, click Salesforce Go.
Search for Scheduling.
In the search results, under Initial Setup, click View Details
next to Workforce Scheduling Initial Setup.
Under Set Up Scheduling, find Manage User Access, and then click
Manage.
In the dialog, select the Workforce Scheduling Manager or
Workforce Scheduling Service Resource tab.
Select one or more users in the table.
If required, filter the user list by selecting All or
Assigned.
Click Assign.
Click Done.
