Activate a cloned scheduling flow to replace the standard flow that launches when
users click New on the Interaction list view. Because Workforce Scheduling flows are overridden
by default, activating a cloned flow automatically replaces the standard version.
Required Editions

User Permissions Needed
To override a standard flow with a cloned flow:
Workforce Scheduling Manager
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Flows, and then select
Flows.
Open the standard scheduling flow you want to customize (for example,
Schedule Appointment).
Click Save As New Flow to create an editable copy.
Enter a label and description for the cloned flow, and then click
Save.
Customize the flow with additional variables, fields, and screen elements as
needed.
Click Save, and then click
Activate.
After activation, the New action on the Interaction list view
launches the cloned flow instead of the standard version.
