Rename Interaction Labels and Component Names in Workforce Scheduling
Rename fields and labels in the interaction scheduling flow to match your
organization's terminology. Use Rename Tabs and Labels to change object labels org-wide, and
then clone the standard scheduling flow to update screen labels and stage names that the
managed flow doesn't dynamically update.

In this scenario, a user needs to schedule an in-office meeting between a service resource
and a customer for a support review. The admin wants to customize the interaction details
component so that "Account" displays as "Constituent," all occurrences of "Interaction"
display as "Appointment," and "Interaction Attendees" displays as "Staff Members." After
these changes, the scheduling flow reflects the organization's terminology instead of the
default Salesforce labels.
Rename Object Labels Rename Tabs and Labels changes object labels throughout the Salesforce UI, including tabs, related lists, field labels, and standard page layouts. Any change you make is reflected across the scheduling interface wherever the object name appears dynamically.
Update Screen Labels in a Cloned Flow Standard Workforce Scheduling flows are managed and can't be edited directly. To customize screen labels, stage names, or component display text, clone the flow first.
