To set up object mapping: Workforce Scheduling Manager

          Before you begin:

          • Create locations that map identically to the service territories. Use the exact address and ideally the same name.

          1. From Setup, click Salesforce Go.
          2. Search for Scheduling Policies.

Two prerequisites are completed automatically: Turn On Workforce Scheduling Initial Setup and Enable Context Definitions.

          5. Under Complete the Required Steps, find Map Object Data with Service Appointments, and then click Manage to configure the mapping.
