Configure advanced scheduling features for service appointments to improve scheduling
efficiency, including multi-resource scheduling and resource utilization tracking.

User Permissions Needed
To unlock advanced functionality for service appointments:
Workforce Scheduling Manager
From Setup, click Salesforce Go.
Search for Scheduling.
In the search results, under Features, select Service Appointments for
Workforce Scheduling.
Under Unlock Advanced Functionality, configure these optional features as needed.
To let users add multiple service resources to an appointment, turn on
Schedule Multiple Resources.
To calculate service resource utilization from service appointment and operating
hours data, turn on View Resource Utilization.
To assign multiple service resources to the same user and calculate availability
based on the designated main resource, turn on Designate a Main Service
Resource.
