Workforce Scheduling brings together appointment scheduling and resource management in a
single solution. It's designed to work seamlessly with Agentforce Public Sector (formerly
Public Sector Solutions) and supports a range of scheduling scenarios.

Set Up Workforce Scheduling Configure Workforce Scheduling to enable it in your org. Also, define where and how work is performed, set up and configure optional features, and configure the Scheduling Console.
Extend Workforce Scheduling Extend Workforce Scheduling with additional features across service appointments, service resources, service territories, work types, and availability management.
Schedule Appointments With Workforce Scheduling, you can schedule service appointments for generic objects such as Account, Contact, and so on, and also specific Context Service-mapped objects such as Interactions.
