  The People tab relies on Salesforce Chatter functionality. Ensure that Chatter is enabled in your organization's settings for the tab to appear.

• Do UEL users need a KnowledgeUser add-on to read Knowledge articles?

  No, UEL users can read Knowledge articles without a KnowledgeUser add-on license, provided they have the following two permissions enabled at their profile level: Allow View Knowledge, Knowledge: Read.
