            The intake form for this template captures these details from the employee: Subject, Case Origin, Transfer Candidate, New Job Title, New Department, New Work Location, New Cost Center, Effective Date, Reporting Manager, Transfer Reason, Supporting Offer Letter.

            Fulfillment and Integration
