Migrate from Work.com to HR Service (For UEL Users)
HR Service is a comprehensive redesign of Work.com. Migrating from Work.com to HR
Service involves data migration from the Work.com data model to the HR Service data model. The
migration retains the PUL-to-PUL user mapping. PUL (Platform User License) users are not
migrated to UEL (Unified Employee License) users.

Post Migration Checks Platform User License (PUL) users and UEL users have different sharing behavior.
