            Migrate your Customer Community Plus (CCP) users to the Unified Employee License (UEL).

            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Unified Employee License Migration, and then select Unified Employee License Migration.
            2. Note
              Note After you turn on Unified Employee License Migration, you can't turn it off. When it's turned on, all new employees use the Unified Employee license, and you can’t add Customer Community Plus employees. Make sure you have performed pre-migration configurations. Enabling the Unified Employee License migration causes system downtime during which employees can’t log in.
              Turn on Unified Employee License Migration.
            3. Review the information and click Enable.
            4. On the Unified Employee License Migration page, click Start Migration.
            5. Review the information and click Next.
            6. Configure your migration by selecting Original Profile (profile to migrate from), New Profile (profile to migrate to), then click Start Migration.
            7. Review the progress of your migration under Track Migration Status.
            8. Validate your migration.
