          Set Up User Access Policies for UEL Migration

          After the migration is successful, assign the required permission sets to your migrated employee users. We recommend assigning the Employee Enablement Program Unified Employee User and the Employee Hub Unified Employee User permission sets.

          Required Editions

          View supported editions.
          User Permissions Needed
          To assign permission sets: Assign Permission Sets AND View Setup and Configuration
          To remove permission set assignments: Assign Permission Sets
          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter User Management Settings, and then select User Management Settings.
          2. Turn on User Access Policies.
          3. In the Quick Find box, enter User Access Policies, and then select User Access Policies.
          4. Click New User Access Policy.
          5. Enter Policy Name and API Name for your policy, and then click Save.
          6. Open the created user access policy.
          7. Click Edit Criteria.
          8. Under Define User Criteria, set Resource to Profile and Value to Unified Employee.
          9. Under Define Actions, Set Action, Target, and Value to grant or revoke permission sets, permission set groups, and permission set licenses.
          10. Save the policy.
          11. Under Apply Policy to Users that Meet Criteria, click Apply Policy.
          12. Select the users to apply the policy to and then click Apply To Selected Users.
