While validation is optional, we recommend completing these steps to ensure all features function as expected after the migration:

Enable User Access Policies: From Setup, turn on User Access Policies to manage UEL entitlements.
Verify License Assignment: Check that your employee users now reflect the Standard user type and have the correct UEL license assigned.
Update Field-Level Security: Manually update field-level security for Case and Incident objects to ensure the new UEL users have appropriate access.
Update Site Membership: Make sure that the new Unified Employee profiles are added to the relevant Experience Cloud sites.
Test Employee2 Linkage: Confirm that the Employee2.User mandatory field is correctly populated for migrated users.
Run manager provisioning: We recommend running manager provisioning once the migration is successful.
