Dans le Lanceur d'application, recherchez et sélectionnez Autorisations.
Cliquez sur Nouveau.
Saisissez le même nom que le processus d'autorisation.
Sélectionnez un nom de compte, définissez une date de début, puis enregistrez vos modifications.
Lorsqu'un agent de support crée un incident, il peut attribuer une autorisation. Une fois l'autorisation ajoutée à l'incident, le compteur de jalon démarre.
