            API Key Assistance is a conversational specialized AI agent that helps employees securely manage API keys and authentication tokens. Use this agent to generate credentials for internal and external services, and run scheduled or as-needed key rotations. This agent ensures secure provisioning and minimizes credential exposure.

            Service Catalog Items

            This specialized agent automatically uses these SCI templates to fulfill your request. You can configure additional service catalog item templates to support similar applications and request types.

            Scenario: Maria must rotate an expired API key for a third-party integration with her development environment.

            • Maria: I must rotate the API key for our payment gateway integration. The current key expires tomorrow.
